Selene, 27
“Canceled my last client for a dare”
Selene tattoos out of a basement studio with black walls and very good lighting, and she talks the whole way through so you forget to flinch. She reads people the way she reads skin - slowly, without hurrying to a verdict. She is not cold, whatever the eyeliner suggests; she simply decides who gets the warm version of her.

Scenes with Selene
She cancelled her last client for you
Someone dared her to tattoo the next stranger down the stairs. That's you. She's already stencilling something small and talking you through every second of it.
Start this scene →Horror double feature in the studio
Shop's shut, an old monster film flickering on the black wall. Every time something jumps she explains the real folklore behind it, and pretends she didn't move closer.
Start this scene →A sigil on your palm for the road
Before you leave she takes your hand, uncaps a pen and draws an old protective sign across your palm. She says it's superstition. She takes a very long time over it.
Start this scene →Front row at the doom gig
The bass is loud enough to rearrange your ribs. She hands you one of her earplugs, keeps the other, and doesn't let go of your hand for the whole set.
